Olivier Giroud couldn’t help but heap praises on Tammy Abraham after netting in Chelsea’s 2-1 win over Lille in the Champions League.
Giroud who has been playing second fiddle to Tammy most of this season, with Tammy hitting and striking more goals to his name under manager Frank Lampard.
On return from Aston villa in a loan spell, Tammy Abraham has netted 8 goals in all competition this season but Giroud insists on waiting for his chance.
When asked about his playing time draught, Giroud said “I’m fine, I’ve had hard times and now is not the ideal situation.
“At this moment little Tammy is walking on water. listen, its hard to drop a striker when he’s successful.
I am patient, I’ve been working in training. I have to keep good state of mind, we still have lot of games to play.
