Frank Lampard this afternoon took to the conference to highlight major blows for four players on issues if Injury.
Ross Barkley who is thought to replace Mason Mount who limped off in the dramatic and epic comeback during midweek game against Ajax as been announced to be having some ongoing issues and will be dropped from the squad with a clear report from Lampard during the press conference.
Mason is in the squad tomorrow but will need to be verified and confirmed tomorrow morning if he’d be in the starting XI.
Rudiger as reported will be out for another three weeks, the most experienced has only gotten 45 minutes play since his injury in April. He saw a specialist on Monday and after surgery was confirmed a three weeks more for full recovery.
On the other lane sees Ruben Loftus-cheek who has been pushing through his Achilles injury since may and hasn’t been known of a specific date of return.
“A month, a week or more is what we can’t decide now even though we all want him back and we know his worth in the squad but all we wish for him is to pull through soon” Lampard reported.
