Chelsea could be looking to re-sign 24 years old Nathaniel Ake next summer.
The blues has been connected back to their former dutch centre-back which could be fought in on a possible transfer after the end of the transfer ban currently on Chelsea.
Chelsea lost David Luis this summer to arsenal and will be looking to add more experience to strengthen the defense line.
Currently with the awesomeness and ability of academy players, Chelsea have been on top if their game even tho they couldn’t keep a clean sheet. New players like Tomori, Guehi were added to the squad to bolster their defensive ability but couldn’t manage to help keep clean sheet.
According to claims, Lampard is planning to active Ake’s £40million buy-back clause if the manager thinks absence of David Luiz in the team has cost them enough.
Ake has been on top of his game since his transfer to Bournemouth in 2017 and could be considered as the possible replacement for David Luiz.
